Order Processing

All orders are subject to verification and quality inspection prior to dispatch.
We typically require 2–3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment. During this period, your items are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged in compliance with Hong Kong’s Consumer Goods Safety Ordinance (Cap. 456).

Once your package is ready for shipment, a Track & Trace number will be generated and sent to your registered email address.


Shipping Timeframe

  • Estimated Delivery: 12–18 business days after dispatch

  • Delays: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, flight disruptions, or local logistics, which are governed under the Import and Export Ordinance (Cap. 60) and subject to international transit procedures.

We prioritize eco-conscious shipping methods to reduce environmental impact. This green delivery option may slightly extend delivery times, but aligns with our commitment to sustainable logistics.


Shipping Partner and Tracking

We work with licensed and insured international courier services, complying with Hong Kong logistics and consumer protection laws. Your tracking number will provide real-time updates on your package’s location and estimated delivery date.


Import Duties and Taxes

Depending on the destination country, your shipment may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. International shipments from Hong Kong are declared according to Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department requirements.


Failed Delivery and Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or unavailability during delivery, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from any refund or to resend at the customer’s expense.
